Answer Pro

Service disclaimer

Updated October 16, 2026.

Our role

Answer Pro provides automated telephone answering, message collection, summaries and notification routing according to the subscriber’s settings. Answer Pro does not perform construction, repairs or other contractor services, and does not employ, supervise or control the subscriber or the trade people the subscriber selects.

Contractor responsibility

Subscribers and their selected service providers are independently responsible for their work, qualifications, licensing, insurance, permits, pricing, scheduling, safety, legal compliance and dealings with their customers. Answer Pro does not guarantee or endorse their workmanship, conduct, availability, advice or results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Answer Pro is not responsible for contractors’ acts, omissions, workmanship, charges or disputes with their customers.

Optional license information

A contractor’s license number is optional at signup. Leaving it blank does not prevent signup. License information is supplied by the subscriber and is not independently verified by Answer Pro. Listing a number, receiving a message or routing a call is not certification, endorsement or a guarantee of licensing or insurance. Customers should independently check a contractor’s qualifications before hiring.

Messages and urgent situations

Automated systems can misunderstand callers, and messages or notifications can be delayed or fail. Subscribers remain responsible for reviewing messages and arranging follow-up. Answer Pro is not an emergency response service. Call 911 for an immediate emergency.

Limits of this disclaimer

This disclaimer describes Answer Pro’s role. It does not exclude obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remove rights provided by applicable law.
