INTERNATIONAL BUSINESSES
An answering service across borders starts with the right setup.
Explore how an organised call report could fit your business, then check the phone, language and time-zone details for your location. The current Answer Pro website and demonstration are in English. International phone service has not yet been activated or verified.
Start with the demonstration
You can listen to a fictional receptionist conversation, read the matching transcript and explore a sample contractor account. The demonstration helps you assess how messages are organised; it does not place a call, dispatch a technician or establish local phone coverage.

What needs checking for your business
- Your existing number. Identify the country, phone provider and whether you need all calls, unanswered calls or selected hours forwarded. Check forwarding fees and whether the original caller’s number is preserved.
- The caller’s language. Test a complete conversation, including local names, addresses, corrections and pronunciation. An English website is not evidence that an agent supports every language or accent.
- Your business time zone. Define coverage hours and callback windows in the business’s local time. A caller saying “tomorrow morning” needs a clear date and time zone before the message is useful.
- The recipient. Save primary and backup contacts with country codes. Confirm how calls or emails will reach them and what happens when a call is unanswered.
- The total cost. Include forwarding, incoming and alert-call legs, billing increments, taxes and provider fees. Published plan prices are in US dollars; local-currency prices and international call charges have not been established.
Questions by location
| Business location | Check before connecting |
|---|---|
| United Kingdom | Existing number forwarding, local address and postcode capture, caller terminology and UK business time. |
| Australia and New Zealand | The specific local time zone, cross-border alert destinations and accurate suburb, city and address capture. |
| UAE | Provider permission and connection options, the required caller languages, local number handling and approved recipient destinations. |
| European countries | Each country and language separately, local number routing, time zone and the information callers need about recording or transcription. |
| Japan | Japanese-language acceptance testing, names and address order, local provider compatibility and recipient availability. |
Country-specific phone capabilities, provider terms and applicable requirements need review before service is offered. We do not currently promise coverage in these locations.
A message that travels clearly
A useful service message separates the trade, problem, urgency, callback window and location. For example: “Air conditioning is not cooling; not an emergency; please call Tuesday between 9 and 11 in the business’s local time.” The request should not become an appointment or guaranteed response unless the business separately confirms it.
See the plumbing intake guide, electrical intake guide and heating and cooling intake guide for different message examples.
What is available now?
The public English-language samples and portal demonstration are available to explore. Live phone activation, country availability, language support and local costs still require verification. To discuss a location, email [email protected] with your country, business type, preferred language and existing phone provider. Do not include passwords or caller records.
We are starting with useful English-language information. Reviewed translations and regional pages will be added only when there is an actual supported offering to explain.
